I found these two vintage posters hidden behind a painting I purchased at an auction years ago. I am having a difficult time finding any information about them online. One says Thomas Wildey, Founder Of The First Lodge Of American Odd Fellowship at Baltimore April 26-1819. It was published by J.M. Wolfe 2007 Willow Ave N. Minneapolis. Minn. Copyright 1894. The other is called the Emblematic Prayer and has the names T.C. Fielding Del and E.A. Fowie, Sc. It was printed by J.H. Daniels Copyright 1883 by T.C Fielding Boston, MA.

Does anyone have any information about these two posters?

Google Thomas Wildey. All yo umight want to know is there. Google is your friend.

You can also Google Oddfellow symbolism to learn abouthte symbols. The Rebeckah's were (are ) the ladies side of OddFellows. I love all these Fraternal Organizations stuff. Fascinating stuff - and very interesating people. The Masons, The Rosicrucians, OddFellows, Foresters, etc. etc!

Just happened to come across your post.. My husband found the poster on the right (emblematic prayer) while renovating our kitchen.. I can't seem to find much on it, but was wondering if you ever found any more information? It was rolled up in newspaper from the 1800s and in a pine box.. Perfect condition.
