A Regency decanter circa. 1820. It has vertical grooves cut to the body, step cut shoulders, a milled edge to the pouring lip, a dense star cut base, and dense cut mushroom stopper.
Once steam powered glass cutting arrived the gloves were off, we can cut as much as we like as deep as we like. Woo hoo!.
