This is the only Picture I have of this wonderful piece. I think its Poschinger because of the way the bottom is shaped, but I'm not sure so I thought I would bring it to the experts.

I think it's safe to say it's reproduction of Galle cameo, they are pretty common on ebay... usually without signatures, but sometimes with fake Galle signatures or "Tip Galle" signature.

I wouldn't try to make attributions based on something like base shape with this sort of thing. it's not something that was ever consistent to one company only.
here is teh von poschinger catalog of things they are producing now. Some of it is reproduction of what they made long ago. All poschinger today is marked. I am pretty sure all poschinger from the era you have here is marked as well.
