Algeria Tunisia, 1890-1910? Travel French Poster, Need Help!

Hello, I paid $43.00 online auction + $30.00 shipping, I bought this because I was in Algeria and Tunisia in 1972. I hitchhiked across both countries. Libya would not let me in,? at border, they said try fluing in from Tunis? Well I took ship from Tunis to Sicily! and Sicily was beautiful, Ship landed at Palermo, then hitched to Messina or town to go to tip of boot. The ferry put train and cars on to mainland. NEED HELP The wood frame is really nice, maybe carved by hand? but it is on some kind of material, the print? There is no dots, like a litho. put on material? The frame is well made as back has nice wood over litho or whatever it is. Anyway since I had a great time there it is priceless to me. One Arab man picked me up in a French car a citroen! IT HAD a 45 RPM record player! and he was listening to Elvis! It was cool even with bumps the record player did not skip. He bought me a shrimp lunch with mint tea! Thanks for looking!
