German Bowl

This is a roemer glass style bowl, made of green glass with an amber foot and amber prunts and trails. It is 5 inches across.

You could drink out of it, but it;s so low and wide, I think it's a bowl. I have seen one of these described as Whitefriars but that is not right, as it doesn't have a polished pontil as all Whitefriars of this type I have seen has, the lip is cut and polished, which Whitefriars didn't do with this type of glass, and the amber is too brown compared the amber that Whitefriars use. That's why I think it is German.
