    This pin seems to be made of brass. The workmanship is very detailed for costume jewelry. I think it could be reproduction of some sort. The stones (glass?) have a lovely purple colour.

      DrFluffy, thanks a lot. Do you have any idea what it is? I really love this pin. It looks very old to me because it has the old-fashioned c-clasp - but it is for sure not real. I found amongst some junk and knew that I had to have it.

      I think yours is definitely older than mine... Specially if it has a c-clasp. I really love the color and the intricate details... It's gorgeous.
