This is a masonic rummer with a lemon squeeze base, an ovoid bowl, with a cartouche with initials and masonic symbols etched on it, circa 1790.

Sadly it has a chunk missing from the foot. I bought from outside an antiques shop where is was sitting in a box of junk. It cost me £5. It is a fantastic quality item and I rescued it from oblivion, as I doubt it would have lasted long out doors in a cardboard box of junk. Posh people that do strange rituals have drunk out of this glass.
