    Other pictures of my pie safe. I'm curious on the age of it and if it was a mass produced piece. Stamp on the back read Michael brobst furniture

      I do not know a lot about furniture -- but those dovetail drawers look like they have been hand made which would suggest that this piece was not mass produced. Also looks like a lot of oxidization on the interior drawers which suggest an older piece. So type of construction, and piece plus style and material would cause me to think this piece may be mid to late 1800's. I welcome correction from other contributors.

      Agree-- hand dovetailed drawer. Also the chamfered back boards suggest 19th century.

      I would also think that this was mid to late 1800s.
