    This painting is signed "B". It was given to my father I believe in the 1960s by one of my dad's customers. My dad managed the Safe Dep. for Chase Manhattan Bank at Rockefeller Center in NYC. I believe the painting to be oil on canvas. I would like to identify the artist and find out about this painting.
