Don't really know much about them. The were found in an old cabinet in a hotel. They are truly beautiful. Anyone recognize this pattern?

Would love to know a bit of it's history. Anything would be helpful
An online search for the marks will give you a time period of production. Try "limoge elite works". "France" would tell me it is probably 20th century (post McKinley tariff act of 1890).
They really do look nice. Are these full size dinner plates?
