Hi, Thanks for looking. We just bought this old wood desk ($37.50 at estate sale !) and plan to take it to our cabin. The desk appears to be aviation related with propellers on the sides and a carved DC 3 American Airlines ( I think) plane in the middle (8 windows) and also on the top of the mirror (7 windows) . I cleaned it up and it looks great. It's 46" wide and 18"deep and came with a small bench.
This website is great and I'm hoping someone will have a little info on maybe who made the desk, where it may have been used originally and if there are other furniture based American Airlines items out there.

I don't know...I thought it might be a vanity but not sure. Thanks for the quick comments. I guess a desk would not have a mirror. I'll be danged if I'm gonna hide it in a cabin bedroom!
Hi Ioema. I know your post on American airline mirror and desk is old, but im hoping you had more info on this item. I have the mirror only and would like to know more about it. I appreciate any information you can provide. Thanks!
