Found this glass bottle and porcelain figural woman topper in the backyard while digging up a tree! We are located in Banning, California, and our house was built in early 1920s.
The bottle appears to be from the 1920s Art Nouveau era. The porcelain figure is a woman dressed in a flapper dress , holding a feather in the crook of her right arm. She also appears to be wearing a hat, or have the Olive Oyl hairstyle. The porcelain topper is 2 1/4" tall.
The glass bottle is 3" tall, and 3/4" wide at the base, and has an elliptical shape. The glass is ribbed and has a smooth circle near the top where a label may have gone. There is a "3" stamped into the glass on the bottom.
The bottle and topper are about 5" tall in total. The cork/stopper has degraded so we're not sure if it was stoppered or screwed on.
Any clues as to who this was produced by, and when, would be great!
