Newbie to Show and Tell, please be patient. I picked up a beautiful pair of glass vases today at a sale for £1.00 the pair. A novice picker and collector, I would much appreciate it if someone could tell me if these vases are hand blown or not. Both vases look vintage to me any idea on age, or how do you tell the age of glass? There is a marking on the vases ‘CZECHOSL’ any clues?

Hi Holly, welcome to show and tell. I would guess that these are pressed glass but there are many glass gurus on this site that can totally help.

Thank you eye4beauty! Such a shame maker unknown, but answered a lot of my questions.
Much of this design reminds me of Davidson pressed glass chevron pattern. I have been unable to find identical piece though.
