Dose anyone know what they are called exactly or who might have made them? Anything?

Crackle glass. Some people take regular marbles and crackle them at home in hot water for a hobby. I've read about people doing it with uranium marbles online.

Very cool. I've baked marbles in the oven before and it provides an awesome crackle effect.

These look store bought...roughly 15-20 years ago. They will fall apart eventually Not to be played with...especially by a child! Bury away for 50 years and they might bring a few dollars. I think they were from Pier One. Sold by the pound .
