The Commencement Manual copyright 1943 Possible Truman Connection?

This is interesting. As You can see, the Signatures in this Book could Have a Truman Connection. I have researched and found out that President Truman indeed had a Daughter Named Mary,but I have no idea about the Name Patsy. Any information about this Book would be appreciated.
