I cannot remember a time when this lovely tall glass pitcher was not part of my life, as it was my mother's favorite piece. Regretibly, I never asked her where she got it, but I think it is modern. It may be Danish as she had a love of all things Danish, but it has no signature and so I do not know much else about it. It is hand blown and has torquoise over white glass inside. It has such beautiful fluid lines, such grace. It is about 18 inches tall and it has a clear glass handle that is twisted glass. It is also my favorite piece of glass, and I do not foresee a time when it will not be part of my life. Can any of you glass officianados tell me more about it?
Stunning my friend!
Excuse this thought.
Here is one that is footed, but very similar.
