I have recently come across A TON of feed sacks at my grandparent's farm and am in charge of distributing their estates which is two farms and a house. There probably 200 feed sacks, some just white, some with company names (Wayne, Old Mother Hubbard, Mother's Best, Pioneer) just to name a few. I did find out if they are 49 or 98 lbs, they are pre-1943 and if they are 50/100 lbs they are post 1943. And about 50-75 ones with prints on them. Some of them have border around the edges, while others don't. Is this a way to tell the age of it, or is it just totally random to try and come up with the age of these or is there a way to determine how old these are? Mainly talking about the designed ones.
