Rockdale Union Pottery closed doors in 1997. These are not old pieces but have always loved the salt glazed with cobalt blues. They were in Edgerton Wisconsin.

Very nice, I have a creamer or pitcher almost like the one in your picture but it does not have a mark on it. Do yours have marks?

Wisconsin pottery trivia, the founder of Rockdale Union Stoneware (Peter Jackson) initially worked at Rowe Pottery of Cambridge WI before leaving to start RUS. The products share the same heritage salt glaze stoneware with cobalt decoration. The Rowe mark is almost always stamped into the item.
