Glass Figurine Head, stirer

This is one of my more interesting finds to me, the only research that I have been able to come up with is general glass drink stirrers that say "made in china, buy 5000 pieces now!", lol.
I had it sitting on my shelf and I went to adjust a power cord, I watched in slow motion as the shelf moved just enough for the glass head to roll off and drop to the carpert, his head is now detached from the stem :(
I might take it to a glass shop and see if he can be reattached.
I have no idea who it was made by, not even sure if it was a name brand or just made in China...I think he's very creative. Definately hard to photograph!
