This item was found in my grandmothers basement, (In Wyoming), years ago after she passed away. It is possibly made from bakelite, or similar type old plastic material. It has a custom fitting case made by H.H. Heiser. The item itself has a plunger like piece that goes up and down. I have no idea what it is or what it was used for. If anyone knows what it is or what it was used for, I would really appreciate some information. I have had lot's of people tell me theories on what it is, but not anyone has given me a confident exact description on what it is. If you know what this is or what it was used for, that would be great!

I don't know what the item is, but Herman H. Heiser has made gun holsters in Denver for over 100 years. Perhaps they can help since they aparently made the case for it. http://www.hhheiser.com/history.php

This looks very much like a bakelite version of a mirro cookie maker . Dough in back ,plunger forces dough through holes onto bake pan , Presto! ,uniform cookies .

I checked into the HH Heiser thing in Denver. They made saddles, holsters, etc. They also did custom work, so this may have been a custom job for this unknown Item I have. As far as the mirro cookie thing, there is no attachments on the front or it doesn't seem like it would generate enough pressure to push cookie dough out. Thanks for the posts though. Still don't know what it is for sure!
