Another case of clicking on the right link at the right time. I found this one just minutes after it was listed, and it had a "Buy it Now" button, which I used without hesitation. About 5" high. It has a much more iridescent finish to the entire surface, but especially on the threading. The threads are smaller than the other two Formosas I have, and closer together. A very nice addition that displays well with my previous 2. I was unable to find the production number for it, but it is most likely due to the shape being shown intact, rather than twisted as the final result appears.

Like I said, I must have clicked on my Loetz search immediately after it showed up, or it would have been gone by then.
a lot of shapes are also missing from the book so it's possible it's just one of the missing entries.
