does anyone know anything about this lamp??

It was from an old lady who died, has no markings but I know it is an old one. The fittings for a shade are brass. Would just love to even know the name of maker and how old it is. I am keen to ge a nice shade for it. It seems to be china/ ceramic??? Any info would be great, thanks
