I obtained this lamp 33 years ago. The base is 8" wide. The lamp is 21" tall and the shade is 19" wide. I see no markings so I haven't been able to do much research on it. The base lights up separately from the shade lighting using a pull out switch. The base has a unique pot-bellied shape to its glass. The base itself appears to be shaped like a beer stein and the shade has windmills sculpted in metal along its bottom portion with an incredible blue glass contrast and a mix of a whitish and caramel colored slag glass as its predominate theme. I've heard talk of it being a Miller, Empire and even a Tiffany. Along with it being a long lost creation that will bring a windfall to payoff my bills, put me into retirement and have me making straw hats somewhere in the south pacific, does anyone out there know for sure the who, what or where in reference to this lamp? I'd like to buy a plane ticket ASAP!! The response will dictate whether my appreciation will be vocalized with a local or long distance phone call.
Thanks in advance!
You lamp is beautiful! I also have several myself, they really look great at night!
