Back in 1983 my dad,my uncle and a friend decided to buils a demo-derby car,so they found a fairly rust free,cheap 1957 CADILLAC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!so 2 races later you can see how good it still looked in pic #4.
Pic #3 was before.
It was called "Grannies Caddy"and the announcer said that those guy's were gonna be in trouble when granny was ready to go to church in the morning!
The good news is it was later sold to a restorer in Indy for the still perfect running engine (he was surprised that it fired right up after setting in our junk yard for a few years,and looking the way it did!!),so maybe somewhere she's still alive!
