I bought this item at a flea market in Al last year.
9 1/4 in across the top, 3 in high.
No marks or labels on this beautiful piece.
Just liked the shape and colors.

beautiful -- i could see this going in a coastal house -- reminds one of the sea and all the little critters one sees in the tidal pools
