I have no idea what these are. My mother runs the housekeeping department at a hotel in Az. Someone left these in a room and never called back for them. They stayed in the lost and found for 3 years until she finally took them home. They were covered in dried mud and she cleaned them up. There was a 3rd one at one time but she gave it away to a family member.
lucky find, could be ancient traffic cones...lol....but to me they look like they could be something to do with cooking, some sort of lid, chimney ???? hope you findf out soon..

Are they hollow or solid?
To me they have a Native American look to them. Take some photos to your local museum and see if they can help.
They are both hollow.
