Found this mini pennant in a box at my father's house in Missouri. It is made out of felt. Measurements are 8"x 3 1/2". Unfortunately, I have no other information.

Greetings Fellow Cardinal Fan... I like this pennant; it has character. That Cardinal Pennant with the bird sitting on a baseball , with Fightin Cardinals on in is from the early 1950's Era.. Mint Condition top price 50 dollars. It looks like your may be ranked around a 6.5 to 7 so the value of yours I believe is around 30 to 40 dollars. DON'T SELL IT...
