Pictured is a cookie jar made by Roseville. The pattern is titled "Freesia" and dates to circa 1945. According to http://www.kandmantiques.com/Articles/PatternsDefinitions/RosevillePatterns.html : "Freesia was advertised as a decorator's dream. Rich new underglaze colors of Tangerine, Delft Blue or Tropical Green made this one of Roseville's loveliest creations. Roseville made a variety of vases, urns, bowls, and baskets in this pattern that could be used in any room of your home." This cookie jar has been in my father's family since at least the 1950s.
I have one in blue. One of my favorites.
