No but I can change it to something else if you want me to. Maybe Phil could photoshop one for me to really send you on a wild goose chase.
Trying to find out if he is possibly same guy that made this, style is quite different don't you think?

All I have found is really different than my little clay pot . Is dated 65 maybe that was before he found his style:)
Okay I see. I just needed you to turn the lights on;)
Is this a vase or a cows udder:)
Thanks Bellin and Ho2cultha
Tell me about it I found the cow and the other square one but that's it.
You gotta admit I do give your brain a good workout!

I think they were doing acid out there at hickory cove. Some strange stuff. But I have been told strange is good in the collector world!
Hi nl, have to come up with a nickname for you when I am tapping on iPad...
This is interesting. I'll watch for Eye's conclusions. He really is a great detective.
I think they were doing acid out there at hickory cove. Some strange stuff. But I have been told strange is good in the collector world! Has six pieces of his work at dept of the interior and some st Los Angeles county museum of art. Maybe I will contact them.
Oh you are sooooooo good.
Wonder where all the frying pans are:)
The piece I have is dated 65 that's date they started according to article.
Write up on link #19 says he was movie star handsome.
Hope so now to prove my piece is his piece right:)
Yeah how cool is that!
Thanks so much Eye. You are wonderful.
Images of cow, square and fossil thing. Is that what you wanted me to see on it
Wow, this might be the real thing huh!
Yes I did, I'm about to pee my pants:)
Yeah on google images shows the three pieces we had already found. The big white one that looks like a cow belly, the square one that the collaborated on and the one sold to museum.
Done, also deleted your dating history with hickory cove by mistake:)
Elementary my dear Watson elementary.
Good night Eye. You're the best. See what I can come up with tomorrow:)
Well I am old and tired up at 4:30 est.
Good night sweetie!
Thank you
Thanks AmberRose. Sorry I missed your comment last night we were on a roll finding this guy. Eye worked his magic again. Looks like I may have stumbled onto something in Grandma's Country Attic.
Good Morning Sunshine. Using up the rest of your alloted 17 hours I see. Shot signature off to Los Angeles County Museum of Art to see what they have to say. They supposedly have some of his work. We'll see if I get any info from them. Wonder if this is worth anything?
Thanks mustang, shell59 and maryh1956
Yes it is. The more we found yesterday the more excited I got. Eye is fun to research with. I can't believe he even found a newspaper article from 1969.
Thanks cwork
Hi guys, I'm the one who has this listing on Etsy that you linked to--> https://www.etsy.com/listing/125971932/signed-parks-stoneware-drip-glaze
I actually found both of those pieces together at a thrift shop the other day. I did a ton of internet research like you guys and found three or four other Isabel Parks signatures that look similar to the ones on mine. I haven't found any other potters with the last name Parks, and she used the same blue color in some of her other pieces from the 60s, so I think they actually are from her. They don't look as experimental as some of the other stuff she and Hullow did, but I kind of assumed the same thing as you, about it being an earlier piece. If anyone finds any more info on Parks, I would be really interested. I know she died in 1999 and owned Hickory Parks Studio on her farm in Pennsylvania, but that is about it.
Oh, cool, I see the articles you posted now! Wow, eye4beauty, you should be a detective. The article describes aqua, rust, and grayish enamel finishes, which are the colors of the pieces I found...
Hi vintagerobot. Did you check out the links we have on this post. Eye and I have really searched they are pretty elusive. There is a newspaper article from 1969 and a link to another piece on etsy that talks a little about Parks, mostly Hullow. Since we were researching Hullow there isn't much about Parks posted.
Good luck!
Eye is my hero.
Forgot to say welcome to CW!
I'll be in LA on Saturday, I'm tempted to go check out the Hullow piece at the county art museum... I wonder if they allow photography?
Don't know, shot them an email with pics for info a few days ago no word yet.
Talked (online) to person who posted piece on #19 link. Sent signature. Verified this is one of his pieces. Eye did it!
Thanks Geno is amazing huh.
Miss you
Thanks Neilvb
Good morning! It's okay , we know the outcome of that fabulous treasure hunt don't we:)
Actually I do like pottery, how did you know? I have a small collection. Actually I picked up about 35 or so new pieces this weekend. A guy at the auction is on board of directors for Roseville museum and invited us to grand opening. You know you have it bad when that happens. Probably wants us to donate:)
Mine with a little pottery shop in Alabama outside of Montgomery.
Pot two.
Thanks Vprewett. Eye4beauty solved this one for me.
