This was left in storage at my apartment by a previous tenant. It certainly looks used but still in good shape. Heavy, sturdy piece. Can't really make out the imprint so I'm not sure what brand it is. Looks like an aluminum base with copper coating on the outside.
Part of the lettering is MADE IN PORTUGAL and the name could be COPRAL. RER (LOUMANAL)
