Hi could someone tell me if they know anything about this doll. I was told she is over 100 years old when I purchased her.. She has 3 faces that you can turn her head, porceline head fingers and feet with a cloth bodie.. I have looked but cannot find any markings anywhere. I'm afraid to pick at the stitched cloth around her neck as I might damage her. I'm wondering if anybody has had any luck finding out about there dolls as I have searched and a lot of people seem to have this same rare doll but also can't find much information on them. She is very unique.

The 3 face doll a take off on the original "Trudy Doll" are actually fairly abundant to find . These are Trudy look a likes and date from around 1970's- 1980's . Several companies produced them . Very cute . I promise you 100% she is not 100 years old . Often Grandma bought newer dolls when they came out as the market that bought most of the what we call collectors dolls were bought by older woman it was the target market .Then we grandma passes the family often think dolls she may have bought when she was 70 or 80 was a antique .
The original Trudy doll was composition Trudy, an Elsie Gilbert Creation, Trademark of the Three-in-one Doll Corp. and says Sleepy, Weepy and Smily on the back of tag. The felt covered button on top of her head is used to rotate the head to show three faces.
