I think these are old measuring spoons of some sort. They look to be hand carved out of bone I think?

    I need help identifying these. I took them to an antique store today and the guy told me they were used to measure out drugs back in the early 1900's but he wasn't sure.

      The wood looks fairly new with not much wear to it, but they are really neat and unique:)
