Would this be considered a Victorian chair and any idea of its age?
I also don't know if it has been reupholstered and if so does that diminish it value?

    Thanks
    For any help

I agree with PhilDavidAlexanderMorris, this looks to be a reproduction and you can tell by the legs and the type of cloth used on this chair. And the bulkiness of the wood. Victorian times has a lot of animal feet and although there pieces looked heavy they were not as solidly built. Very nice chair but not very old. Nice Find!!!!
