Sizzle
(61 items)
This bottle was dug at a construction site in downtown Savannah. This bottle looks like it is from the late 1870's time frame. There are a number of Bininger's types out there. Some of them are very rare and very expensive.
Sizzle, I've said it before & say it again, spead your items out over time. I love your finds but people will stop & look at items when spread out rather that being swamped. When people dump a whole collection of coins, watches, jewelery etc., people's eyes get glazed. Every day there are dozens/scores of items listed on CW & a lot of us don't have time to linger. I for one, only have time to scan. I love to look at your finds but can't find the time to search back for things I wanted to really look at & that leaves me feeling cheated. Just giving a friendly suggestion while we wait for sink-holes to develope in Savanna.
Blunderbuss.... Thanks for your info. I will try to do that. Try to understand I do not always get the time to post this stuff. Taking photo's writing about the things I post takes up time. There are a lot of other things I have to do around here. Shopping, yard work, house work, car waxing, catching sun rays and BEER drinking. I am sure you mostly of all will understand that !!!
I love to spend time browsing over your finds but when a bunch appear at once, I don't have time & never seem to get back to them. Thanks.
