You normally see that form in clear or champagne. Inside each of the three blown forms is a different colour: red, blue or green. I had an idea they were Dutch at one stage or perhaps Czech. Beranek used these large bubbles in some of his forms. Thos lustre version is a new one to me. It's very nice. Is the pontil area ground? It looks a bit unfinished or is that the photo?

the pontil is a bit rough and not grinded as if a student made it ? many thanks for the attention anyway vetraio and bellin amberrose and trunkman!!

Hi artislove! vetraio50 (kevin) is quite right that these bowls are usually clear with the color around the holes. It is actually an ashtray and usually the bottoms are polished flat. I will be uploading one to show you what the Vetraio50 version looks like. I also do not know who made them but I suspect Scandinavian or czechoslovakian....Beranek a possibility. RER (BOB) LOUMANAL
