Locke 1956...please help Porcelain Electric insulator?

I went on a hike and found this out on the hike...it says locke 1956 on it...tried to read some more of the writing on it,,,looks like its for 15000 lbs...I have no idea what to do with this thing or what its worth...any help?

They are about 12 inches across and you can see how long it is.
