    I found this today at the thrift store. Lets just say I didn't take a look at this until just now. Look at the detail! Call me crazy...but it looks like it says 1883? If anyone could help me with this I would be so grateful. I am still amazed by the detail of this thing. The bottom is marked:

    "PARTNA PEWTER??
    C. 1883? PP809
    TOM MEIER
    BS"
