Movie Memorabilia , Texaco Die Cast planes, Giuseppe Armani figurines. Limoges boxes, tea sets, fine & costume jewelry. OMG the photos showed dozens of huge Armani figurines, thousands of dollars of 14k gold jewelry, Limoges tea sets and dinnerware, boxes, several oil paintings. I was third in line at the door not knowing the hired estate sale employees would buy everything of value before opening the doors. Seriously; all the great stuff put behind the cash out, sold. The pink topaz 14k marked set, bracelet, ring and brooch sold to an employee for $35.00 so I asked for a job, even offered to volunteer at those prices? Only Limoges left was this egg for $2.00 and no oil paintings, so I purchased the best framed print left. Brought $3 grand with me, third in line and spent under $20.00
At least you got something. I guess that's one of the perks, that you get first dibs if you work there! I'm sure it happens at Good Will and Salvation Army thrift stores too.
No doubt; but my towns to small for a goodwill and salvation army. All pretty much military pilots training and oil rich folks here.
You better fill in that application with the auctioneers then!
