Another one of the collection of Jack in the Pulpits. This is a Boston Sandwich Jack in the Pulpit with an Oxblood rim. Totally thrilled the day I picked this one up for the collection. Had been looking for one for ever and then there it was and even better yet, the price I think was around $40.00.

This is the web page I got information from. Do you have any information as to it being Bohemian? I have seen this vase in several different locations listed as Boston Sandwich. But always open to new information. Thanks for your comment.

Thank you for the informaton. The vase to the far right is similar to the one I do have. There were JIP's made everywhere by numerous different companies for many years up and till today. Lundberg, Strini currently make beautiful JIP's. There are also very similar shapes, however, I do not see mine or the one on the right listed in either article your presented. The particular difference in those two is the bubbling in the flower. Also, the thickness of the glass, mine is a very thick hard glass. I have more that I will be listing on CW but in total I have around 40 JIPs. Thanks again for your comments. I do appreciate the Butler Brothers information, I don't think I have one of those, so will be on the lookout for one.

Also, note Ken's comment regarding the positive attribution of the Boston Sandwich JIP. Maybe that is what you were trying to point out to me. Thanks again,

There is a garden variety of JIP shapes in the Butler Brothers reprints. The link to the other posting and the illustration shown was just a sampling. : )
