Who made this thing and when? It's absolutely hand blown and decorated. The pontil mark was never polished and is still very rough. The only mark on the piece is the 73 you see in the pictures. That mark is also on the bottom of the stopper. At 9' tall it's way too big to be a cruet. I'm thinking it was made for the bedside to hold water??? I'm not a glassware guy but this one was way too cool to past up.
