Beautiful light, but get rid of those mercury filled light bulbs! lol

The telling part of this shade is the Crown shade holder. I would attribute this fixture to the Albert Sechrist Co. of Denver Colorado.
As to value, it would have to go into a high end auction in order to get maximum retail, they can give you a pre-auction estimate.

This is probably by the Suess Ornamental Glass Company. C. 1908 It is stylized apple design, they made a similar table lamp version too, similar glass color too. The crown is similar to those used by other makers including John Morgan and Sons, Gorham and Unique Art glass and Metal. Certain hardware was manufactured by independent companies and commonly available which can make identification based on hardware a bit problematic.
