This is a regency carafe with 3 neck rings, panel cut shoulders, and rib moulded base.
This could be lovely, but unfortunately the inside is like someone has set a bomb off in it, and it's scratched to buggery (an English euphemism badly damaged). I tried to get the interior professionally polished, but it didn't work and I got my £10 back.
