Here is the first lot of my WWI U.S. Army Collar disc collection. Some of these are quite common, such as the "US" discs, or the crossed cannon Artillery disc. Some of these, especially in this lot are quite rare, such as the "I.P" (Intelligence Police) the crossed quills, the American Legion disc, and some I don't even know what it is, such as the "CC" disc....
This is a result of 20 plus years of hunting and collecting. Enjoy, more are to follow!

Truly a great collection. Wonder if CC is for chemical corp? Like poison gas.

I've looked and can't find the "CC" listed. I'm sure you have searched deeper, so if you come up with an answer, please let me know. Strange one, that.

Mass CC. – Likely Clark College of Worchester Mass. “The Collar Disc Story” by Albert Scripio lists this same disc under “School Devices”

American Legion - No, that’s the insignia of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

SCS - Soil Conservation Service, Dept. of Agriculture. I’ve seen one of these before.

CC – Clark College – According to one source, this one appears in Laframbois “History of the Administrative and Technical Service Branches,” but I no longer have access to that book to confirm.

I WISH I had your IP collar in my collection! As a veteran of the Military Intelligence Corps, I've been looking for one at a decent price. (not hinting here)

I found an online source that thinks this is State Conservation Service, But I think I'm correct that it's soil, not state.
