    The Colour of this vase looks so much better in Person,the lighting doesn't do this vase Justice. Its about 10 inches high.
    The Spiral dark blue glass around the neck of the vase is a lovely Touch,it's a shame there is a piece broke off but in the Cabinet no one knows ;)
    Thanks for looking and if you could help with the who and when and maybe a where, that would be great .

      Could be Carlo Moretti but the Chinese are doing it too.

      Sorry, it's Chinese. The gift shop at our airport had them in various sizes and colors, all with "Made in China" stickers. I bought one several years ago and gave it to a relative.
