KPM (Konigliche Porzellan Manufaktur) Lidded CANDY/GiNGER JAR

A meticulously hand-painted and adorned object of display. The background is pure white. On opposite sides of the foreground, encircled by gold trim, a grassland yellow finch, and what appears to be, a robin (?), are respectively perched on cherry and mimosa trees. Around the remaining areas, vertical garlands of magenta Fleurs-de-lis and gold, trim line equally spaced vertical columns.

Measures 7 ½ ” H x 3 ?” Dia. (at both the mouth and base); 3 ½ “ in Dia. at the widest part, 3” in Dia. at the narrowest.

At the bottom, there is a stamp of Konigliche Porzellan Manufaktur (KPM, for short), delineating that the item was fashioned between 1844 and 1847, the time at which the porcelain manufacturer replaced the scepter, with an eagle holding a scepter and a globe.
