Hi I found this is an old tackle box recently I would have normally thrown away but I noticed that not only did it look and feel unique to most rulers I have ever used it had a date of 1870-1871 on it. This is only 6 in long made by Westcott Rule Co. Seneca Falls N.Y. Says Also Arco Crown Cork & Cap Co. Inc. Also says they import all there corkwood from Spain and Portugal. If you could help me.with any information that would be great I didn't realize that people collect Rulers.
