My mother has had this hanging in her house since I was born (1969) and she said she can remember it in her grandmother's house when she was a child and she's 74 years old. Has anyone else ever seen this or know any information on it. I have not removed it from the frame because it has very thin brown paper backing and I don't want to remove it for fear of messing up anything.
Sorry, I don't have a clue about the picture but I absolutely love it!
I have the exact print I bought last year at an auction. In the lower right hand corner is the name of the artist and I think the year 1903. I love mine and it hangs In my living room. Don't know much about it though other than it is pretty old.
i wish i knew more about the print and Im grateful for what you have told me. i've never removed it from the frame because i didn't want to ruin the integrity in case it was original. please let me know if you find out anything else.
