Just trying to find out more about this table one of my old bosses gave me and just wondering if we should be using it or not it looks old and we have no glass cover for it

It is super cool...what I can see of it. New brighter pictures would really help.
Would guess mid century modern. Some good photos of the bottom would help too.
I have the same copper top , my base is not the same , but these go for 800-1600 so treat it good , $ 16 for 250ml of varathane is what I did , glass is better. they had some kind of coating when , if the coating is gone , water can be bad , as you will get green rust . copper cleaners will fix things up , but it's a big job
there is a whole set of five , I have two , one round like your top on a high base but my low rectangular top has the same type of base as yours . The wood work looks right as well for what was sold in Canada .
