I got this for Christmas in 1952 or 1953. It is 45" tall, missing most of the hair, an arm, and the bandana is about gone. It has been in a closet all these years and I'm curious about it. I can find nothing even close to it on the internet for identification. Please help...and thank you so much.

He looks like he may have been a place for a child to hang his coat on or other article of clothes instead of floor since they could not reach closet height to hang themselves . Just a guess but they did use these then and still do today I believe :-) Very cute guy !

Thanks, Manikin. I remember hanging my clothes on him when I was just a little boy. I was wondering if anyone had any information as to the manufacturer, rarity, or really just anything at all about it. I hate to just keep it in a closet. Some individual may be interested in adding it to their collection. Any information would be appreciated.
