I am trying to find out this dolls name and how old she is. The back of her head has a K star R with I think the number is 114 and at bottom of her neck 60. Thank you for any help you can give me.

K R with the star usually stands for Kammer-Reinhart on old bisque dolls, but I don't believe this is not one of those. I know the body, wig, dress, and limbs are new. To me her face although good, is reproduction. Right away of course I look at the over all doll that is mostly new. It's the eye lashes that don't match the maker to me (some people will put old doll heads with new material) What I would do is post to the eBay doll board. Ask in the title "is this a real Kammer-Reinhart head?" Someone should be able to tell you right away if you would like to make sure.
